Overview In this role you lead construction site operations for mission-critical . Dean, ensuring safe, on-schedule delivery and adherence to QA/QC standards. You will plan, coordinate, and oversee construction and maintenance activities, working closely with cross-functional teams and clients. You drive site logistics, subcontractor management, and procurement processes while leveraging digital tools to report progress and outcomes. This position offers impact through modular construction and field commissioning at scale, with a clear focus on safety and quality.
Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day construction site management and safety execution
- Develop scope matrices, assess subcontractor quotes, and resolve ambiguities for executable work
- Review engineering documents for compliance and oversee field scheduling and commissioning
- Engage with customers to promote modular construction, develop logistics plans using 3D scans, and monitor QA/QC
- Utilize InfraLink for project management, scheduling, and reporting
- Support procurement: verify BOMs, define subcontractor scopes, evaluate proposals, manage change orders
- Contribute to CPM scheduling, cost forecasting, and monthly schedule narratives
- Coordinate submittals, RFIs, change orders, and daily reports to align with schedule
- Manage project scope changes, risk management, and profitability targets
- Foster client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Oversee field operations to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence
- Support talent development, training, and performance reviews
- Forecast staffing needs and assist with QA/QC processes
