Overview In this Senior Director role, you lead Family Wealth Consulting within the BAS Team, guiding complex planning for UHNW families. You will attract and grow relationships by offering value-driven strategies across tax, trusts, estate planning, and business transitions. You'll collaborate with Family Wealth Strategists and other lines of business to win and optimize high-impact opportunities. Expect a role that shapes FW strategy, develops COIs, and represents the firm externally to clients and professionals.

Responsibilities- Lead FW IM&T pipeline development and monitoring across the footprint
- Serve as FW strategy resource for external IM&T sales opportunities
- Lead Private Business Owner Consulting engagements: value optimization, option analysis, pre/post-liquidity tax strategies, asset protection
- Refine and communicate FW value proposition internally and externally
- Partner with FW Segment and Field teams to pursue IM&T sales opportunities
- Differentiate FW with a unique sales approach
- Develop thought leadership materials integrating best practices for FW
- Monitor trends in Family Wealth/Family Office and identify external partnerships
- Collaborate with KPB investment management to integrate complex planning with investment strategies
- Travel to build Centers of Influence and counsel professionals on FW strategies
- Represent the organization externally via print, interviews, and seminars
- Support COIs in market development and relationship-building
Key requirements- Ten years in wealth management or advisory work for ultra-high net worth individuals and families
- Deep knowledge of private business transition and transaction strategies, including value optimization via tax strategies
- Experience integrating fiduciary, wealth planning (trusts, taxes, business succession/sale planning), investment acumen, and business development
- Excellent written and spoken communication across C-level to younger generations
- Proven track record in cultivating client relationships with revenue growth and profitability
- Recognition as a Trusted Advisor with UHNW exposure
- Strong management skills to meet UHNW market expectations
- JD, CPA or CFA/CFP required
