Overview In this role you drive growth for receivables products within a bank, establishing unified, scalable standards to ensure accurate client billing and a frictionless experience. You'll own the account analysis program, implement controls to prevent leakage, and monitor compliance and financial performance. You'll lead pricing and packaging projects, manage vendor invoicing, and build a risk-minded framework while pursuing operational efficiencies. Responsibilities- Drive growth for receivables products while implementing unified standards for accuracy and client experience
- Own and improve the bank's account analysis program; design controls to ensure billing accuracy and minimize leakage
- Monitor revenue targets and ensure billing practices comply with laws and regulations
- Manage a small team of Analysts/Specialists; lead pricing, packaging, fee waivers, and suppression initiatives
- Implement new product pricing, vendor invoicing, validation, and establish a risk management framework
- Identify operational efficiencies and drive cross-functional projects
- Oversee account analysis functions including data balancing, reconciliation, and variance analysis
- Hire, coach, and develop team through training and performance management
Key requirements- 7+ years in Product Management, Treasury Management Sales, or similar field
- Bachelor's degree in related field; Master's/MBA preferred
- Leadership experience required
- Advanced knowledge of financial services products and regulatory obligations
- Advanced knowledge of treasury management, credit cards, and pricing dynamics
- Experience with Product Management methodology: launches, roadmaps, business cases, enhancements, communications, and executive reporting
