Overview In this Cardiovascular KAM role, you will lead strategic engagement with key health-system accounts to drive portfolio performance and brand strategies. You'll develop multi-touch plans across inpatient and ambulatory settings, coordinating with matrix teams and clinical partners to remove access barriers. You'll build relationships with hospital decision-makers and clinician leaders to promote compliant, data-driven strategies. Responsibilities- Lead and execute comprehensive account plans aligned to CV strategy
- Develop strategic relationships with hospital decision-makers and clinical leaders
- Coordinate pull-through and access initiatives with field teams
- Ensure institutional availability across inpatient and ambulatory settings
- Engage with matrix and alliance teams to arrange compliant programs and hospital initiatives
- Provide field intelligence and recommendations to Brand, Market Access, and Analytics teams
- Monitor account performance and market dynamics; identify drivers and barriers
- Present MAC-approved data/messages within governing policies
Key requirements- Doctorate degree with 2+ years of sales/account management experience OR Master with 4+ years OR Bachelor with 6+ years
- 3+ years of account management and/or public payor experience preferred
- Cardiology, dyslipidemia, and heart failure experience preferred
- Knowledge of hospital committee structures, P&T, and reimbursement processes
- Understanding of CMS policies and payor systems
- Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and external customers
