Overview In this role, you will uphold Mammoet's SHE-Q standards across heavy-lift and transport projects. You will partner with operations to embed a proactive safety culture and mitigate risk in high-risk environments. You will provide hands-on field guidance, conduct inspections and training, and ensure activities meet policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards. You will influence safe behavior at all levels and help drive continuous safety improvements, contributing to Mammoet's zero-harm mission. Responsibilities- Maintain industry-leading SHE-Q standards across projects
- Liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ensure employees and contractors comply with Mammoet and customer safety requirements
- Assess safety of jobsite and workplace activities
- Conduct and oversee safety inspections and training
Key requirements- Expert level experience in SHE-Q regulations
- Professional level experience in SHE-Q systems, HLT equipment and MS Office suite
- English: fluent Verbal and written
- Vocational education in technical discipline
- 8 years of relevant work experience
- Associate degree in Health, Safety & Environment discipline
- Experience in civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
