Overview In this Global Employee Relations role, you will lead and advise on complex employee relations matters across US and EMEA to support a respectful, compliant workplace. You'll partner with HR, Ethics, Compliance, and Employment Law to investigate concerns and guide business decisions. You will lead union and labor relations activities, coach leaders, and scale ER programs that strengthen leadership capability. The role offers impact through cross-border stewardship, data-driven insights, and continuous improvement in employee experience.

Responsibilities- Serve as the primary ER expert for US and EMEA, guiding employees and managers
- Lead and manage complex ER cases including misconduct, grievances, performance management, workplace conflict, and policy violations
- Conduct and support workplace investigations with clear, actionable recommendations
- Lead regional union and labor relations efforts, developing strategies and supporting negotiations
- Provide coaching to leaders on performance, documentation, and communications
- Develop scalable manager education and preventative ER programs
- Lead or participate in ER projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain weekly ER/IR reports and provide data-driven insights for decision-making
Key requirements- Deep expertise in US and EMEA employment laws and labor relations
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive Employee Relations experience in a multinational setting
- Strong knowledge of US employment law and familiarity with key EMEA countries
- Experience partnering with regional HR and Legal teams for cross-border matters
- Judgment and decision-making skills for fair, business-aligned outcomes
- Experience handling performance management, investigations, accommodations, restructurings, and change
- Exceptional coaching and consulting capabilities to elevate manager effectiveness
- Analytical, data-driven mindset to identify trends and inform decisions
- Ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed environment
- Workday and HR case management familiarity
- Ability to leverage data, automation, and AI-enabled tools in ER processes
- Proficiency in additional EMEA languages preferred
