Overview In this role you will lead HFE, E3, and RAMT teams to deliver mission-critical space programs. You will provide technical direction, plan staffing, and drive program momentum, reporting to senior leaders and stakeholders. You will mentor junior engineers and manage shifting priorities under tight timelines. This role sits at the core of space systems development, shaping resilient solutions with cross-functional teams. You will contribute to Lockheed Martin Space's 21st Century Security vision by delivering capable, secure spacecraft programs.

Responsibilities- Lead performance and staffing of HFE, E3, and RAMT teams with technical direction
- Drive follow-through of HFE, E3, and RAMT tasks to maintain momentum
- Resolve critical issues and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders
- Provide functional administration: coaching, team development, performance ownership
- Report to senior leaders and stakeholders on progress and risks
Key requirements- Experience with program engineering execution and milestone reviews (CDR)
- Experience leading teams or managing projects (planning, scheduling, staffing, presentations)
- Demonstrated technical experience in HFE, E3, and/or RAMT engineering
- Active Secret Clearance and US Citizenship required
