Overview In this role you drive growth by selling residential and commercial building materials to contractor customers and expanding the customer base. You will leverage exclusive B2B tools and strong product knowledge to deliver world-class service. You'll work with cross-functional teams to address customer needs, train clients on products, and manage payments and credit processes. Responsibilities- Cultivate and manage customer relationships
- Identify sales opportunities using data and buying patterns
- Make cold calls to prospective customers
- Schedule appointments and follow up with clients
- Provide solutions for service concerns
- Train customers and their teams on product lines and services
- Assist customers with the credit application process
- Connect with customers to collect overdue payments when necessary
Key requirements- College degree or equivalent experience
- Industry knowledge preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass MVR check and meet insurance requirements
