Overview In this role you ensure robust supplier quality management to support pharmaceutical and biotech client needs. You will coordinate specification and quality agreements with suppliers and handle CAPA/change control records, contributing to compliant, high-integrity supply chains. You'll maintain supplier data, support audits and risk assessments, and enable third-party auditor readiness. This position offers cross-functional collaboration and opportunities to influence quality systems across supplier networks. Responsibilities- Coordinate completion of Specification Agreements with suppliers
- Coordinate completion of Quality Agreements with suppliers
- Manage Change Control and CAPA records and ownership
- Update Supplier Records on behalf of account owners
- Compile supplier data for metrics and risk management
- Support low-risk supplier accounts and supplier quality projects
- Enter supplier information in SAP
- Assist in audit preparation for third-party supplier audits
- Support documentation for delisting of suppliers
- Assist in leveraging existing audits
Key requirements- cGMP knowledge and experience
- Supplier Quality experience preferred
