Responsibilities- Lead and develop a diverse HR team, elevating them to strategic partners who identify and mitigate organizational risks while delivering high-quality service
- Drive proactive risk management through early warning systems, data insights, and cross-functional collaboration
- Shape the strategic vision for employee experience and organizational health, driving innovation and scalable HR practices
- Partner with business leaders to implement integrated talent strategies and build succession plans
- Lead the use of analytics and AI tools to uncover patterns, predict risks, and inform senior stakeholder decisions
- Set and execute culture transformation strategies to strengthen organizational health, leadership effectiveness, and DEI initiatives
- Advance strategic adoption of HR technology, balancing automation with high-touch support for sensitive matters
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years of HR experience or related experience
- Experience using data and high judgment to drive business decisions
- Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes (onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, talent management)
- Preferred: Master's or MBA, experience with large employee populations in manufacturing, retail, distribution, or similar environments
- Knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR compliance
- Experience resolving sensitive employee relations issues
- Experience partnering with, coaching, and guiding senior leaders as a strategic HRBP
- Experience building and retaining high-performing HR teams and driving technology adoption
