Overview In this role you will support Peraton's Cyber Mission PMO in Annapolis Junction, providing process engineering to plan and execute systems engineering and agile development for a large, enterprise-wide contract within the Intelligence Community. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve processes, enable disciplined agile execution, and help translate mission needs into actionable requirements. The position offers exposure to high-impact national security programs and requires TS/SCI with poly; you will contribute to shaping and sustaining critical software development efforts.

Responsibilities- Support a large, multi-organizational agile software development project under the PMO
- Provide process engineering guidance to plan and execute systems engineering and agile development processes
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices
- Facilitate, train, and mentor teams on methodologies and process evaluation
- Assist in documenting requirements, designs, and operational concepts for development plans
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or Education
- 10 years of experience in process improvement on similar programs/contracts
- 5 years' experience in facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, and process engineering across acquisition phases
- Experience planning and executing agile development projects
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Active TS/SCI clearance with poly less than 10 years old
- Strong oral and written communication
