Overview In this role you architect SAP BTP-based solutions and guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-level designs and feasible architectures. You liaise with clients and offshore colleagues to translate requirements into technical blueprints, ensuring secure, scalable web applications. You'll contribute to a learning culture and collaborate across a global delivery model, shaping how SAP BTP and UI5/Fiori-based apps are built. Responsibilities- Interface with key stakeholders to elicit requirements and define architecture
- Create architecture and high-level design artifacts for SAP BTP-based solutions
- Assess technical feasibility and identify efficient delivery strategies
- Guide and mentor the development team across onshore/offshore collaboration
- Contribute to UI5/Fiori and CAP-based development on SAP BTP
- Configure security (XSUAA) and Fiori Launchpad setups
- Support build and deployment processes and ensure secure web app practices
Key requirements- Expertise in SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
- Recent UI5/Fiori development experience and SAP CAP applications on BTP
- Strong JavaScript/HTML5/CSS knowledge (SAPUI5, FIORI, Node.js)
- Development using SAP Business Application Studio (BAS)
- CDS, CAP with NodeJS
- Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform services and App routers
- Security experience with XSUAA
- Debugging (logs/traces) and troubleshooting
- Fiori Launchpad configurations
- Awareness of secure development practices
- Knowledge in Build Process Automation and AI is a plus
