Overview In this role you will support the validation of new DRAM products from silicon bring-up through characterization and debugging. You help validate real-silicon behavior and work closely with multi-functional teams to ensure robust performance. You'll analyze data to identify failures and contribute to defining validation coverage. Responsibilities- Support DRAM design validation through silicon bring-up, characterization, and validation testing of new memory products
- Analyze electrical and functional data to identify trends, marginalities, and failure mechanisms
- Assist with debug of validation issues using simulations, test results, and laboratory measurements
- Use engineering lab equipment and testers to characterize device behavior and performance
- Document validation results, test coverage, and observed behaviors while collaborating with design, test, manufacturing, and quality teams
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Strong fundamentals in digital logic, basic circuit analysis, and semiconductor device concepts
- Experience with data analysis, problem solving, and clear communication of technical findings
- Programming or scripting experience in languages such as Python, Perl, MATLAB, or C/C++
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team oriented environment with strong written and verbal communication skills
