Overview

In this high-visibility role, you will bridge marketing strategy, data, and emerging AI to drive measurable outcomes for Williams-Sonoma brands. You will partner with Digital Marketing, CRM, and Loyalty teams to translate data into scalable marketing workflows, automation, and actionable insights. You'll build data pipelines across ecommerce, clickstream, CRM, and third-party data to empower omni-channel marketing. As AI capabilities evolve, you'll pilot agentic workflows and scale AI-enabled processes to extend the marketing data team. Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing, CRM, and Loyalty to deliver targeting, performance analysis, and workflow automation
  • Build and maintain data pipelines linking ecommerce, clickstream, CRM, and third-party sources to marketing use cases
  • Identify high-ROI opportunities to automate repetitive marketing processes and translate them into scalable solutions
  • Surface and communicate insights from complex datasets to non-technical stakeholders
  • Evaluate and scale ReAct agents, Custom GPTs and agentic workflows to support Marketing Operations
Key requirements
  • 2+ years in marketing analytics, data engineering, or related field
  • Strong SQL and experience with cloud data environments (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing ecosystem (paid media, ad tech, CRM, cross-channel data flows)
  • Experience with data visualization/BI tools (Tableau, Domo, Power BI)
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses with clear recommendations
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks and multi-step agentic workflows
