• Perform vertical/horizontal control surveys, boundary surveys, and layout calculations
• Oversee and validate survey work for accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate crews, schedule work, and keep projects moving
• Interface with project managers and superintendents to establish control and reporting
• Use advanced survey equipment and software to deliver precision results

• 5+ years in construction survey or related fields
• Licensed Surveyor
• Expertise in transportation surveys (roads, bridges preferred)
• Strong CAD skills (Civil 3D, MicroStation, Open Roads)
• Leadership, adaptability, and a commitment to safety
