Overview In this role, you will lead the end-to-end creation of paid social video ads that educate and convert users for Stash. You'll craft engaging narratives, shoot and edit original footage, and rapidly test variations to improve performance. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure content stays on-brand while driving measurable growth. This is a hands-on, creative position at a mission-driven fintech with a strong emphasis on experimentation and impact.

Responsibilities- Concept, shoot, and edit paid social video ads from start to finish
- Develop hooks, narratives, and calls to action to communicate Stash value
- Create multiple concept variations and test hooks, lengths, and formats
- Adapt videos for different placements and platform specs
- Shoot and direct original content (UGC, scripted ads, testimonials, founder content)
- Manage pre-production (scripting, shot lists, storyboards, talent, locations) and production timelines/budgets
- Edit platform-native ads with strong pacing and storytelling; add simple motion graphics
- Iterate based on performance data and insights to improve future ads
- Organize video files, templates, and asset libraries for marketing
Key requirements- 5+ years producing and editing video content for paid social
- Portfolio demonstrating social-first video work
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Experience with AI tools in production
- Comfort with shooting original content across all production phases
- Strong understanding of paid social platforms and best practices
