Overview In this role, you drive the delivery of eligibility and enrollment systems for public assistance programs within Deloitte's GPS technology portfolio. You will oversee performance, reliability, and modernization efforts, coordinating across vendors, IT teams, and business stakeholders. You'll translate policy requirements into system functionality and lead teams to deliver with Agile/DevOps practices. Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of eligibility/enrollment systems for public assistance programs
- Oversee system performance, reliability, and scalability; coordinate upgrades and patches
- Ensure integration with related systems (MMIS, HIX/Marketplace) and data exchanges
- Drive transformation projects and modernization of eligibility systems
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; manage vendors and system integrators
- Mentor developers, analysts, and support staff; promote Agile/DevOps practices
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate policy requirements into functionality
- Monitor risks, issues, dependencies; manage workloads and team performance
- Oversee reporting/analytics on enrollment, eligibility, and compliance; establish SLAs
- Ensure data integrity and accurate eligibility determination logic
- Lead continuous improvement and process optimization
Key requirements- 10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience
- Experience with state public assistance systems supporting eligibility and benefits determination
- Experience in eligibility determination, benefits calculation, benefits issuance, or information management
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to travel 0-20%
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
