Overview As an IAM Saviynt Engineering Manager at Deloitte, you will lead deployment and integration of Saviynt within client environments, ensuring IAM controls align with risk management and IT governance. You will guide project delivery, supervise staff, and collaborate with clients to translate complex requirements into secure solutions. You'll address risk, post sales analysis, and engagement profitability while shaping secure identity strategies for diverse industries. This role offers leadership in a trusted, global tech consulting context with meaningful impact on client security posture.
Responsibilities- Install, integrate, configure, and deploy Saviynt at client sites
- Understand and map complex business and IT management processes
- Lead advanced services and supervise staff delivering services
- Communicate product and implementation details to clients at technical/functional levels
- Identify and evaluate business and technology risks and IAM related control improvements
- Post sales requirements gathering, analysis and documentation
- Manage project scope, schedule, status and documentation
- Build and nurture client relationships to exceed expectations
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability
- Provide project support tasks aligned to SLA metrics
Key requirements- 7+ years of total industry experience
- 5+ years in developing, implementing, or architecting information systems
- 3+ years of experience with integrating identity management and access governance software
- 3+ years of Saviynt installation, integration, and deployment
- 3+ years of programming with Java, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL
- Understanding of Unix, Linux and Windows operating systems
- 3+ years managing projects through full SDLC
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business or relevant field
