Responsibilities- Lead client groups and deliver services in individual and business taxation
- Manage project deadlines and coordinate with associates and senior staff
- Review tax returns (business and some individual) and provide feedback
- Deliver high quality client service and support
- Stay updated on tax law changes and accounting developments
- Drive continual process improvement within the tax team
- Participate in practice development and firm activities
- Develop a tax specialization area
Key requirements- Bachelor degree
- 3+ years of public accounting experience
- CPA or EA in progress (preferred)
- Experience reviewing both individual and business taxation
- Strong client service mindset
- Effective communication and collaboration
- Attention to detail and proactive problem solving
