Responsibilities- Design and implement architectural systems for data centers across multiple disciplines (electrical, mechanical, civil, structural, Telecommunications)
- Maintain BIM (Revit) capability and apply it to architectural projects
- Support continuous improvement through data analysis and system optimization
- Conceive, initiate, and lead high-impact infrastructure projects
- Decompose complex problems into actionable solutions and communicate clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across cultures and regions
- Review and approve critical equipment submittals and provide technical support for large-scale events
- Maintain and host architectural forums for collaborative development of data center systems
- Provide mentorship and support to the Data Center Engineering community
- Drive standardization of data center architectural designs across regions
- Capture requirements to translate goals into well-defined specifications and solutions
- Provide technical support during innovation and R&D projects
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
- 4+ years of design, construction, operations, or facility maintenance experience
- Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360, etc.)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience in industrial or commercial engineering in mission critical facilities (data centers, power gen, oil and gas)
- Experience researching new designs, technologies, and construction methods for data center equipment and facilities
- Strong collaboration across disciplines and cultures
- Effective written and verbal communication for diverse audiences
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across regions
