Overview In this role you will provide comprehensive HR consulting to CADM units, partnering with HR teams to improve service delivery and employee engagement. You will bridge HR strategy and execution, supporting HUIT, FAD, and HFCU to align design, policies, and programs with university goals. Responsibilities- Lead HR consulting services for HUIT-wide initiatives
- Provide guidance on employee relations and organizational design needs
- Manage salary administration, merit, and bonus processes
- Develop and maintain HR policies, processes, and an HR landing page
- Coordinate HR communications and liaison with Communications Team
- Plan and manage HR projects within deadlines and budget
- Drive employee engagement programs and feedback mechanisms
- Generate data-driven reports on outcomes and engagement
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations
- Support HR service delivery alongside centralized HR functions
