Overview In this role you will provide technical leadership for process equipment, piping, and containment systems within the Bioconjugate facility, ensuring performance, maintainability, safety, and regulatory readiness. You will partner with process and construction teams to support qualification and startup activities and to optimize asset performance. This is a hands-on engineering leadership position at a capital-project scale, shaping equipment selection and design reviews. You will work in a culture focused on safety, collaboration, and delivering complex biopharma projects.

Responsibilities- Serve as the primary engineering advisor for process equipment, piping and containment systems.
- Oversee design and engineering teams to meet project requirements and participate in design reviews.
- Ensure equipment selections align with operational, maintenance, manufacturing, containment, regulatory, and startup-readiness needs.
- Collaborate with process and construction teams to support commissioning and qualification activities.
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience with process equipment design and engineering
- Strong knowledge of design, constructability, operability, maintainability, and code requirements for process equipment
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering and design activities for capital projects over $500M TIC
