Overview As Maintenance Manager, you will lead maintenance, utilities, and Process Safety Management in a complex manufacturing plant. You'll partner with operations, engineering, EHS, quality, and continuous improvement to boost asset reliability and plant performance. You'll drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, manage utilities, and strengthen compliance across the site. This role combines technical depth, people leadership, and operational discipline to reduce downtime and enable safe, reliable production. You will shape maintenance strategy and build a high-performing team with a focus on long-term operational excellence.

Responsibilities- Lead maintenance and reliability activities to maximize uptime and asset performance
- Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance planning, scheduling, and CMMS discipline
- Direct utilities maintenance (air, steam, water, nitrogen, ammonia, wastewater, etc.) supporting production
- Contribute to Process Safety Management activities (mechanical integrity, MOC, PHA participation)
- Improve equipment reliability via root cause analysis and reliability improvement strategies
- Manage maintenance budgets, MRO inventory, and resource allocation
- Coordinate shutdowns and major maintenance events with plant and engineering
- Develop maintenance team capabilities through coaching and accountability
- Drive continuous improvement through TPM, FMEA, reliability-based maintenance, Lean, Six Sigma
- Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, quality, and environmental requirements
- Collaborate across functions to boost execution and plant performance
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field (preferred)
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
- 3+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, planning, scheduling, CMMS, and asset performance management
- Technical knowledge across mechanical systems, electrical maintenance, instrumentation, controls, utilities, boilers, and ammonia refrigeration
- Working knowledge of Process Safety Management and mechanical integrity requirements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management能力
