Overview In this role, you will serve as the senior US-based cybersecurity leader representing Dassault Systèmes in trust and security discussions with enterprises across defense, aerospace, critical infrastructure, and manufacturing. You will align US cybersecurity operations with global strategy while managing regulatory interactions and executive-level accountability. You'll drive customer trust through contractual commitments, audits, and policy engagement, shaping cybersecurity posture across the US entity. This is a strategic, cross-functional role that balances technical depth with regulatory and leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities- Represent the US security agenda in enterprise discussions and cloud advocacy with defense, aerospace, critical infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors
- Manage contractual security commitments, audit responses, and executive-level trust conversations
- Serve as the primary US contact for cybersecurity and data protection with authorities (e.g., CISA, regulatory bodies) and participate in policy forums
- Oversee US cybersecurity operations and bridge the US entity with the global CISO organization to translate priorities into execution
Key requirements- 10+ years of cybersecurity experience with emphasis on enterprise leadership, government affairs, or defense
- Deep technical expertise in cybersecurity operations, risk management, compliance, or security architecture
- Proven experience engaging with US regulatory bodies (e.g., CISA, DoD) and defense/intelligence sectors
- US citizenship and eligibility for security clearance
- Familiarity with CMMC, FedRAMP, NIST 800-171, and ITAR/EAR compliance
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities
