Financial Services Account Partner

In this role you develop the global staffing solution for the largest client engagements, and oversee organization-wide resource utilization targets. You lead critical, global resource-management initiatives and drive improvements to data collection, tracking, reporting, and analysis with both short- and long-term impact. You regularly engage delivery senior leadership to shape current and future staffing strategies, balancing capacity with client demand.
