Overview In this role you deliver electrical design calculations, reports, and specifications for transportation infrastructure projects. You will lead discipline work on complex assignments, coordinate with clients and partners, and mentor team members to meet scope, schedule, and budget. You'll contribute to multi-disciplinary projects and proposal efforts, shaping solutions for essential transportation systems. Responsibilities- Lead discipline delivery on large, multi-disciplinary projects
- Manage scope, schedule, and budget for complex engineering tasks
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to project teams
- Coordinate technical work with clients and partnering firms
- Assist in marketing activities and proposal development
- Oversee completeness and accuracy of the project team's outputs
- Recruit, develop, and retain staff; plan reporting and performance reviews
- Plan and coordinate workloads across disciplines on multi-discipline projects
- Collaborate with other offices on multi-discipline initiatives
- Drive design of power and communications infrastructure (lighting, signals, CCTV, etc.)
Key requirements- Bachelor in Engineering with 8 years of relevant experience, or Master in Engineering with 7 years, or PhD in Engineering with 6 years
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
