Responsibilities- Develop and align technology strategy with business priorities and build compelling business cases
- Oversee delivery for core banking initiatives, advancing agile practices and lifecycle management
- Co-create roadmaps with business units to meet strategic goals and ensure alignment with enterprise delivery
- Identify innovative solutions and lead market analysis, RFPs, and project charters
- Coach and develop teams, fostering performance, accountability, and continuous growth
- Improve software development lifecycle quality with automation, standards, and CI/CD
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise core platform initiatives and modernization objectives
- Establish governance, delivery discipline, and risk/dependency management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps and measure outcomes with OKRs/KPIs
- Oversee budget planning, vendor management, and partnerships to fund initiatives
Key requirements- Bachelor in Computer Science
- Minimum 7 years of people leadership experience
- Minimum 8 years IT experience with large-scale platforms or program delivery
- Domain experience with ERP and/or Infrastructure/Operations and/or financial products
- Experience building platforms and coordinating cross-team delivery
- Delivery experience under Agile/Scrum; CI/CD, testing, operations
- Experience with API, integration, and cloud environments
- Knowledge of modern application architecture and enterprise platforms
- Experience partnering with architecture, engineering, and infrastructure teams
