Fund Accounting Manager - Mission Driven Venture Capital

In this Fund Accounting Manager role, you'll oversee in-house fund accounting for multiple investment vehicles within a lean, entrepreneurial venture firm. You will work closely with finance and investment professionals and take ownership across accounting, reporting, and investor activity. The position involves coordinating with fund administrators, supporting budgeting and audits, and driving process improvements at scale. This is an opportunity to shape accurate reporting, enhance controls, and contribute to the firm's growth in venture capital and early-stage investing. • Support in-house fund accounting across investment vehicles and related entities
• Prepare capital calls, distributions, and investor statements
• Review monthly and quarterly NAV and administrator deliverables
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense allocations
• Partner with fund administrators on accounting and reporting
• Support audit, tax, and compliance processes
• Oversee separately managed accounts and related requirements
• Contribute to process improvements and special projects
