Responsibilities- Craft and manage growth initiatives to boost brand performance in assigned accounts
- Drive brand building by leveraging consumer/category trends to educate customers and unlock sales
- Lead distributors with in-store selling, marketing, and account execution
- Help achieve volume objectives for core brands across the portfolio
- Plan and execute programs delivering distribution, merchandising, display, and promotional goals
- Build mutually valuable relationships with customers by understanding their needs
- Serve as communication lead between key customers, wholesalers, and internal teams
- Monitor KPIs to ensure targets are met
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of professional field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG
- Proven volume achievements and ability to meet distribution and retail promotional goals
- Demonstrated use of sales data analytics and tools to drive results
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within a territory
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to cover ordinary and essential business expenses (reimbursed)
