Overview As Technical Recruiter for Verkada's Product team, you will drive full-cycle sourcing and hiring across product domains from our HQ in San Mateo. You will embed with hiring managers and leaders to build a high-quality pipeline and close top technical talent. You'll refine processes as we scale and deliver a transparent, high-touch candidate experience. This role supports cross-functional product initiatives in a fast-paced, decentralized recruiting model with a strong impact on growth.

Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting for technical or niche positions
- Proven ability to generate targeted, high-quality pipelines
- Experience aligning with senior Product leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work on-site 5 days per week in San Mateo
