Overview In this role you will support the Private Capital platform across fundraising and investor relations. You work closely with Fund Management, Acquisitions, Portfolio Management, Legal/Compliance, and Fund Operations to align messaging and reporting for institutional investors. You will lead diligence workflows, prepare materials, and coordinate communications to nurture LP and consultant relationships. The position offers growth toward broader capital formation responsibilities and platform development. You will help shape investor engagement, reporting quality, and cross-functional processes to scale the business.
Responsibilities- Capital Raising & Investor Development: assist on outreach, pipeline management, meeting prep, and follow-up across institutional investors.
- Investor Relations & Reporting: coordinate quarterly/annual reports, investor communications, and responses to LP inquiries; support meetings and engagement.
- Consultant & Investor Diligence: manage DDQs, data room activities, and standardized diligence language; monitor workflows for timely deliverables.
- Materials, Reporting & Data Management: create and refine fundraising and investor materials; maintain investor data rooms and ensure consistency.
- Investor Onboarding & Lifecycle Management: support onboarding, documentation requests, and ongoing coverage post-close; implement best practices across lifecycle.
- Platform & Process Development: contribute to scalable workflows (CRM, calendars, libraries) and surface feedback for enhanced positioning and experience.
