You will join a growing MOT team across the southern US, contributing to design packages for alternative delivery and mega-projects. Your work ensures effective traffic management during construction and upgrades, using leading design tools. Responsibilities- Develop MOT design packages for highway improvement projects
- Create cross sections, typical cross sections, traffic control plans, profiles
- Design temporary signing, pavement markings, and detour routes
- Contribute to design-build or alternative delivery projects
- Utilize Bentley MicroStation and Open Roads for design
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure safe, cost-effective traffic management
Key requirements- MOT CAD Designers: BS Degree or equivalent
- Junior Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or equivalent
- Mid-Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience or equivalent
- Senior Level Engineers / Task Leads: BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or equivalent
- Preferred: EIT Certification or PE License
- Preferred: Master's degree in engineering
- Experience with Bentley MicroStation and Open Roads
- Experience in MOT design including cross sections, traffic control plans, detour routes
