Business-Line Risk Manager - Corporate Treasury Capital Risk Management

In this role, you will support CCAR and Capital Risk Management to identify risks in capital adequacy, regulatory capital requirements, and capital planning. You will act as the first escalation point for risks and collaborate with risk, compliance, and lines of business to maintain a robust risk framework. You'll lead initiatives to ensure regulatory alignment and drive mitigations before go-live, shaping how the bank manages risk and capital. This position offers cross-functional impact and opportunities to influence policies, processes, and reporting in a large, regulated environment.

• Oversee development and maintenance of an effective risk management framework with business leaders and RCA teams
• Support strategic risk management initiatives and design mitigations prior to go-live
• Lead projects to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Identify gaps and drive solutions to reduce losses from weak processes or controls
• Escalate and respond to risks as appropriate; influence policies to balance risk and profitability
• Foster strong partnerships between the Line of Business and Lines of Defense

• Typically more than 10 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Advanced knowledge of laws and regulations affecting the business, e.g., Dodd-Frank Reg Q and Reg YY
• Advanced understanding of capital measurement, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Thorough knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities
• Analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Applicable professional certifications
