Overview As a Program Construction Manager at Parsons, you guide construction management and inspection teams on water/wastewater projects in South Florida. You act as the client's representative, coordinate with subs and regulators, and shape QA/QC, safety, and cost-control programs. You'll lead change management, oversee subcontractors, and ensure timely reporting. This role offers impact on critical infrastructure and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities- Represent the client with the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Oversee Construction Management Plan, Site Health & Safety Plan, QA/QC Plan
- Supervise inspectors and subconsultants
- Coordinate subconsultant scopes, requisitions, and amendments
- Review and approve subcontractor safety and quality plans
- Negotiate changes to scope with client and subcontractors
- Manage change orders and cost-control actions
- Lead preparation of monthly progress and status reports; safety self assessments
- Establish QA/QC and inspection/test plans; supervise materials lab accreditation
- Implement safety protocols and conduct weekly site inspections
- Coordinate quarterly construction management reports and meetings
- Prepare and manage project risk and schedule considerations
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a construction related field
- 10+ years of construction management experience with related projects
- Experience overseeing construction of major capital improvement projects
