Overview In this role you will support investors with trading, investment and account needs, strengthening client relationships. You will guide clients through market activity, process complex securities transactions, and provide education to help informed decisions. You'll deliver personalized support via inbound interactions, building trust and loyalty while linking clients to additional products. You will operate in a fast-paced, team-driven Fidelity Client Services environment, applying market knowledge and regulatory awareness to deliver compliant, confident guidance.

Key requirements- Series 7 license required
- Series 63 license or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Experience in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or related field
- Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, economic trends, and industry developments
- Understanding of securities transactions including equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income, and precious metals
- Ability to apply regulatory and policy requirements while delivering accurate and compliant support
- Consultative approach to uncover client needs and recommend offerings
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions
