Overview As a Senior Digital Design Engineer at GDMS, you will help advance cutting-edge defense electronics by researching, designing, and testing advanced hardware and systems. You'll work on radar/communications equipment, PCBs, and DSP-related gear, influencing both implementation and performance. Responsibilities- Research, design, develop and test electronic equipment and systems (radar/communications, circuitry components, computers, DSP equipment)
- Lead or provide direction to lower level designers
- Deliver innovative, integrated solutions aligned with customer needs
- Analyze signal integrity and crosstalk; perform test analyses
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to program goals
- Stay current with industry trends to ensure best practices
- Support programs and projects following GDMS policies and culture
Key requirements- Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or related Science/Engineering/Technology/Mathematics field
- 5+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience
- Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance; U.S. citizenship required
