Overview In this role you will lead cross-functional teams, potentially across global locations, to sustain Front Line Care products to State of the Art standards. You will drive end-to-end project delivery, balancing scope, schedule, and budget while aligning with regulatory and quality requirements. You will partner with stakeholders to shape robust plans and ensure on-time, on-budget product and project success. This is a high-impact role that contributes to the company's product development and compliance goals.
Responsibilities- Lead multidisciplinary teams, potentially globally distributed, to sustain Front Line Care products to industry standards
- Collaborate with functional leads and stakeholders to develop and execute robust project plans and processes
- Create detailed project plans and manage all implementation steps including resources, progress, change control, testing, documentation, training, and on-time delivery within budget
- Assign tasks and accountability to team members to achieve project and product goals
- Ensure product quality, time-to-market, and adherence to cost targets
- Manage labor, expenses, and capital expenditures to support project budgets
- Monitor project and product status, apply change management to address variances
- Develop and maintain RACI charts, team metrics, and status reporting
- Manage vendor partners and provide senior leadership with status updates
Key requirements- Demonstrated project management skills including scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, finances, and partner/contract management
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and motivate teams to achieve challenging goals
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to promote team interaction and execution
- Strong business acumen
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- 5-7 years of experience; preference for new product development project manager leading multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
- Applied knowledge of EU MDR and other international medical device regulations
- Project Management certification (PMP) preferred
