Business Development Executive (NAMSA Talent Building Community)

Overview

In this role you drive NAMSA's growth as the Medical Research Organization of choice across a defined territory. You will build and nurture top-account relationships, lead multi-year opportunities and align sales strategies with global partners. You'll engage clients through field visits, events, and targeted outreach to expand NAMSA's Laboratory, Consulting and Clinical Services. This is a customer-focused role at a high-growth MedTech services company with a strong emphasis on strategic partnerships and impact.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to position NAMSA as the MOA in MedTech services
  • Achieve agreed sales targets across Laboratory, Consulting, and Clinical Services within the territory
  • Manage top accounts and broad account coverage to grow market share
  • Interact with existing and prospective Top Accounts via field visits, calls, emails, events, and meetings
  • Establish and nurture customer relationships and gather insights to tailor proposals
  • Recommend pricing/operational strategies to win large deals with Top Accounts
  • Maintain CRM data per procedures and participate in multi-year agreement development with Strategic Partnerships
  • Support cross-functional teams in identifying and pursuing new market opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to close opportunities
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or scientific discipline
  • 3 to 5 years of outside, technical sales experience in B2B
  • Experience selling CRO or technical consulting services preferred; medical device industry exposure desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM (or ability to learn) and Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English and local language if applicable
  • Knowledge of Medical Devices or related Health Care Field
