Overview As an Associate in Stout's Investment Banking team, you help execute middle-market transactions in the Business Services sector. You collaborate with senior bankers to drive business development, manage deal processes, and deliver high-quality advisory and execution services to clients. You will lead evaluation, origination, and execution of M&A and capital markets work, while mentoring junior team members. Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior bankers to drive business development, client coverage, prospecting, program management, and transaction execution
- Lead evaluation, origination, and execution of deals across assignments, focusing on defense and government services markets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through high-quality transaction execution and advisory services
- Oversee all phases of transaction execution, coordinating internal teams, engaging stakeholders, and shaping advisory strategies and product solutions
- Mentor and manage junior team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality engagement deliverables
- Manage advanced financial modeling, pitch materials, and deal processes with clear client communication
Key requirements- 3+ years of professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
