Overview In this role you will lead mechanical project delivery for construction and semiconductor facilities, coordinating design, procurement, and commissioning to meet technical, safety, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities- Lead mechanical project delivery from pre-construction to closeout, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Coordinate design reviews, procurement, fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC and process piping
- Manage contractors and trade partners; develop scopes, evaluate bids, and monitor performance
- Maintain schedules, cost controls, forecasts, and change management; report progress and risks to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with codes and standards (ASME, SMACNA, NFPA) and cleanroom requirements in semiconductor facilities
- Drive QA/QC, commissioning activities, punch list management, and system testing
- Enforce site safety programs and environmental requirements; conduct risk assessments and safety meetings
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams to resolve design and permit issues; coordinate BIM/3D models
- Mentor and lead project engineers and field staff to foster continuous improvement and accountability
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 3+ years of mechanical project management experience in construction, industrial facilities, or semiconductor/cleanroom projects
- Experience with HVAC and piping scopes in semiconductor facilities
- Strong knowledge of mechanical codes and standards (ASME, SMACNA, NFPA) and commissioning
- Experience using MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent; cost control and change management
- Familiarity with design documentation (RFIs, submittals, shop drawings) and BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360)
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PE (Mechanical), LEED are a plus
