Overview As VP of Marketing, you will shape UnitedMasters' strategic voice and drive growth across artist and brand ecosystems. You'll build a fast-moving, culture-aware social engine that differentiates us from legacy distributors and fuels national and global reach. You'll lead a cross-functional team to craft a 360 marketing program that attracts artists and brands, while protecting our unique brand narrative. This role sits at the intersection of culture, product, and partnerships, offering meaningful scale and impact in a creator-first marketplace.

Responsibilities- Build and scale a social presence that moves at the speed of culture
- Define a distinct brand voice and social strategy that competitors can't replicate
- Lead a culturally fluent, fandom-native social program aligned with real-time conversations
- Ship a fast content engine and operating model to match culture velocity
- Collaborate with artist services and music teams to highlight wins and leverage creators as storytellers
- Create and execute a 360 marketing strategy to attract, retain, and engage artists and brands
- Own marketing budget, achieve CAC targets, and drive growth metrics
- Develop product positioning grounded in user research and market insights
- Own brand, PR, and paid marketing, including cross-channel paid media and earned media
- Coordinate with Translation and cross-functional teams to align narrative and processes
- Define creative briefs and review assets against marketing objectives
- Serve as a connective thread across product, engineering, data science, design, sales, and Translation
Key requirements- 10+ years of marketing leadership with deep, demonstrable expertise in social media
- Proven ability to build and scale social channels with cultural relevance and creative ambition
- Experience growing consumer mobile/web/enterprise-SaaS products with measurable business impact
- Experience managing both qualitative and quantitative customer research
- Strong management experience leading cross-functional marketing teams
- High intellectual horsepower with comfort in both data and creative work
- Extreme empathy and curiosity for artists and brand customers
