Overview In this role you will oversee corporate marketing and sales finance to support accurate P&L and balance sheet management. You will consolidate forecasts, develop business plans, and coordinate the monthly reporting package to drive transparency. You'll manage month-end close for marketing and sales expenses, perform accruals, journal entries, and variance analysis, and present the monthly reporting to stakeholders. You will collaborate with Marketing and Sales to review budgets and update forecasts, while standardizing and automating reporting through data warehouse queries. Responsibilities- Oversee balance sheet and P&L activity
- Consolidate forecast and develop business plans
- Month-end close for marketing and sales expenses
- Process accruals, journal entries, and bank reconciliations; analyze variances
- Prepare and present monthly financial reporting package
- Hold regular meetings with Marketing and Sales to review budgets and forecasts
- Standardize and automate financial reporting using data warehouse queries
- Assist with business strategy and recommend system/process improvements to drive efficiencies and transparency
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- MBA with concentration in Finance/Accounting preferred
- 3-4 years in Finance in a fast-paced large corporate finance environment
- Proficiency in MS Office with advanced Excel, Oracle Financials, Hyperion Essbase
