Overview As a Financial Services Budget Formulation & Execution Analyst, you will drive budgeting within the Intelligence Community, shaping financial plans and execution. You'll oversee budgets, spend plans, and financial commitments, delivering insights to support strategic decisions. You will liaise with government stakeholders to ensure alignment with IC priorities and participate in NIP budgeting efforts. This role offers the chance to influence resource allocation in a mission-driven, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities- Provide expert insights for analysis and reporting of financial activities and budgets.
- Craft and monitor spending plans; track financial execution.
- Record and track interagency agreements for Economy Act and related transactions.
- Document commitments, obligations, and expenses with precision.
- Prepare and process transactions; verify and certify payments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure budgets align with program goals and resource use.
- Generate detailed budget reports for customer offices, components, and NIP programs.
- Assist in developing budget submissions aligned with strategic goals.
- Develop fiscal guidance and implementation schedules for each budget phase.
- Support IPPBE deadlines, milestones, and customer participation.
Key requirements- Current and active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
- BA degree (or higher) with 12-15 years of relevant experience, or Master's with 10-13 years; degree may be substituted by experience
- 7-10 years' experience in government budgeting, with 3-5 years in the Intelligence Community
