Responsibilities- Execute the annual audit plan in collaboration with the audit team based on risk assessment
- Act as lead project manager for multiple audit engagements and supervise staff
- Develop audit scope, prepare engagement documentation, and assess procedures and controls
- Draft audit findings and work with management on corrective actions
- Recommend improvements to internal controls and financial/operational processes
- Apply AI and data analytics to enhance insights and efficiency across audit phases
- Contribute to AI & Analytics program initiatives
- Communicate results clearly and support management in implementing recommendations
Key requirements- 2+ years of national public accounting audit or large company internal audit experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Word; experience with audit analytics and AI tools is a plus
- Travel flexibility; approximately 10-20% domestically
