Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive federal growth strategy focused on long-term partnerships
- Cultivate and maintain trusted client relationships and provide strategic guidance
- Provide project oversight in collaboration with technical teams to ensure delivery excellence
- Monitor account financials including forecasting, budgeting, and profitability
- Collaborate on proposals, presentations, and innovative solutions to win business
- Negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms and commitments
- Research industry trends and opportunities to maintain competitive edge
- Participate in industry organizations and events
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, business administration, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in military, government, or related industries
- Experience with cross-functional teams and delivering results in dynamic, high-pressure environments
- Expertise in client relationship management, contract negotiation, and business development
- familiarity with government contracting processes and regulations

- Facilities engineering, environmental science, or infrastructure development (preferred)
