Overview In this role you will guide banking clients from strategy to execution, shaping Slalom's Banking growth and market presence. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to translate industry trends into actionable transformation programs, including regulatory, technology, and operating model initiatives. You will influence executive stakeholders and build trusted advisor relationships to deliver measurable business outcomes. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, technology, and client leadership.

Responsibilities- Provide strategic guidance to banking clients across retail, commercial, payments, lending, deposits, treasury, and digital banking
- Drive over $12.5M in attributed sales through strategic pursuits and executive relationships
- Shaping go-to-market strategy and industry offerings for banking
- Analyze industry trends, regulatory developments, fintech disruption, and emerging tech to inform client strategies
- Sponsor and support complex banking transformation programs-modernization, AI adoption, customer experience, operating model changes, platform transformations
- Maintain a utilization target around 20% through strategic advisory and executive engagement
- Collaborate with regional leaders, account teams, practices, and alliance partners to create differentiated solutions
- Foster a connected Banking community within Slalom and promote knowledge sharing and industry alignment
- Drive internal and external thought leadership through conferences, POVs, events, and partnerships
Key requirements- 15+ years in Banking, Financial Services consulting, and transformation leadership
- Track record of building multimillion-dollar sales pipelines and strategic client relationships
- Deep expertise in one or more banking domains (e.g., commercial banking, retail, payments, treasury, lending, deposits, digital banking, core platforms)
- Strong understanding of banking regulatory/compliance environments and modernization priorities
- Experience leading large-scale banking transformation, technology modernization, or operating model change
- Proven ability to influence C-suite and business-line leaders
- Experience developing industry offerings, sales assets, and go-to-market strategies
- Strong leadership with mentoring and pursuit-support能力
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred (Business, Finance, Economics, or related)
