Structural Engineers and Designers

As a Structural Engineer/Designer, you contribute to transportation projects across the Southeast, delivering safe and cost-effective infrastructure. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on mega-projects and alternative delivery efforts, shaping bridge and structural designs. The role combines design, analysis, and package development, with opportunities to grow within a global infrastructure leader. You will work hybrid, supporting communities and shaping resilient transportation solutions with cross-functional experts.

• Work on alternative delivery projects, including mega-projects
• Develop design packages for bridge projects
• Contribute to structural CAD design and modeling
• Engage in all aspects of bridge design and substructure/foundation work
• Collaborate with project teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget
• Support design-build or other delivery methods

• BS in Engineering with 2+ years (Junior), 6+ years (Mid), or 10+ years (Senior) of related experience
• Preferred EIT Certification or PE License
• State DOT experience
• Sponsorship for US employment authorization not available
