Overview In this role you lead the Single-Family Acquisitions division's fraud, AML, and OFAC risk management, shaping strategy and internal controls. You provide expert oversight to minimize financial crime risk and guide cross-functional collaboration across the enterprise. You'll build and optimize policies, programs, and reporting to meet regulatory requirements and prevent losses. Responsibilities- Set risk management philosophy for fraud, AML, and OFAC across the division
- Oversight of prevention, detection, and resolution strategies to minimize catastrophic loss
- Develop and enhance policies, programs, and procedures for internal controls and reporting
- Oversee systems to minimize losses from fraud and money laundering
- Act as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and resolve problems
- Sponsor fraud technology initiatives and establish controls and documentation
- Lead and develop a high-performing team and manage departmental objectives
- Collaborate across the Enterprise to influence risk management and compliance practices
Key requirements- 15+ years of relevant experience including product owner experience
- +8 years of management experience
- Strong understanding of risk management and controls
- Ability to work with technical development teams
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent
- Ability to influence others and lead across the organization
