Overview In this role, you will support the ICS FP&A function for the Bank and Broker-Dealer Solutions business, delivering timely financial insights and forecasts. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to drive planning, reporting, and decision support that inform leadership on performance and strategic initiatives. You will help standardize FP&A processes and create actionable analyses that shape growth and efficiency. This is a hands-on opportunity to influence financial outcomes in a dynamic, tech-enabled environment.

Responsibilities- Analyze financial and operational performance across revenue, expenses, margins, and key drivers
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual management reports with commentary on vs forecast and trends
- Support monthly/quarterly/annual forecasting and budgeting processes
- Provide variance and trend analyses with recommended actions
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, Accounting, and other finance teams to align on outlooks
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, scenarios, pricing, profitability, and strategic initiatives
- Prepare ad hoc analyses and executive-ready materials for reviews and leadership
- Drive FP&A process improvements and standardization, including automation and data quality enhancements
- Communicate insights clearly as a trusted finance partner to influence business decisions
Key requirements- 4+ years of FP&A or related analytical experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear insights from financial data
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; TM1, Oracle, and Power BI preferred
- Attention to detail, ownership, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective written and verbal communication; collaborative cross-functional mindset
- Self-starter who can handle multiple projects with minimal supervision
