Responsibilities- Lead deployment and expansion of AI-enabled ERP capabilities across SAP S/4HANA and connected platforms
- Drive AI and intelligent automation initiatives across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Finance, Reconciliation, and related processes
- Translate business opportunities into scalable technical solutions, including automation workflows and AI agent architectures
- Partner with ERP engineering, SAP functional teams, architects, and stakeholders to prioritize AI use cases with operational impact
- Design and implement frameworks for AI agents, process intelligence, orchestration, and automated decision support
- Establish governance, observability, monitoring, and controls for AI-enabled ERP processes
- Oversee production readiness, release execution, solution performance, and continuous improvement
- Leverage SAP Business AI, Joule, SAP AI Core, SAP BTP, and related automation platforms to accelerate adoption
Key requirements- 8+ years of experience with SAP ERP engineering or enterprise platform transformation in large-scale environments
- Understanding of business processes across finance, procurement, supply chain, order management, and ERP transactions
- Experience deploying AI, intelligent automation, AI agents, or workflow technologies in enterprise settings
- Ability to translate business objectives into technical architecture, data requirements, and operational solutions
- Familiarity with governance, observability, monitoring, auditability, and controls for AI-enabled processes
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP technologies including SAP Business AI, SAP AI Core, SAP BTP, integrations
- Data-driven approach to measuring outcomes and scaling new capabilities
- Track record of cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, and business stakeholders
